Identify the SKU, exact configuration, quantity, approved sample and applicable documents. Record any changes from the catalogue model before accepting an order.
Quotation and schedule
Confirm price, MOQ, sample conditions, payment arrangements, packing, destination, shipment terms and schedule in the actual quotation. Values are not assumed from the catalogue.
Installation suitability
Review dimensions, cutting units, electrical requirements, controls and environmental protection for the complete installation. A scene illustration is not an installation drawing.
Warranty and claims
The applicable warranty, exclusions and claim process must be stated for the supplied configuration in the agreed business terms. A source catalogue range is not a universal warranty commitment.
