Measure every part of the assembly
Record tape width, profile recess, end treatment and connector clearance. Resolve any conflicting source dimensions before machining the furniture.
Plan repeated sections
Required shelf lengths need to work with the model’s marked cutting positions and connection arrangement. Keep the wiring detail consistent across shelves.
Test more than one viewing angle
Evaluate the source from standing and seated positions with objects on the shelf. A diffuser and source position should be assessed as part of the finished detail.
